The Matrix TSL Smart Factory offers students hands-on experience with various processes and technologies essential to manufacturing and Industry 4.0. This comprehensive training system includes:

The Smart Factory utilizes colored discs made from plastic and other materials transported by a conveyor belt. User-programmed sensors then sort these discs into multiple rejection bins. Some discs are picked off the conveyor by a suction device, and a stepper motor-controlled gantry sorts them into appropriately colored containers.
